National Fisheries Resources Research Institute

The National Fisheries Resources Research Institute (NaFIRRI) is a public National Agricultural Research Institute under the policy guidance and co-ordination of the National Agricultural Research Organization (NARO). NaFIRRI conducts basic and applied research in Capture fisheries and Water environment. This research scope has enabled NaFIRRI to mobilize data on freshwater biodiversity in Uganda.
